All subscription purchases are final. Fees paid for subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Free Trial (If Applicable)

  • You will not be charged until the free trial period ends.
  • Once the trial converts into a paid plan, the charge becomes non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Charges: You were billed twice for the same billing period.
  • Technical Issues: A verified system-related issue prevented service access and our support team could not resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: You can provide sufficient proof the payment was not authorized and no account activity occurred afterward.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Partial use of the subscription period.
  • Change of mind or personal reasons.
  • Inability to use the service due to device, network, or third-party issues.
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before renewal.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel any time from your account settings.
  • The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused days.

6. Renewal & Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Renewal charges are non-refundable.
