What should you expect in a Wipro or Accenture interview for freshers?
I would expect aptitude or verbal, then technical on OOP, SDLC, DBMS, and one language, then my project, then HR on location and shifts. Accenture may add a communication round. Wipro often asks a simple program plus core subject questions from the degree. I would prepare a 60-second project pitch: what problem, which module was mine, which stack, one challenge. If they allocate .NET and I prefer Java, I would say I can train on the allocated stack rather than argue on day one. I would not walk in with only FAANG LeetCode. I would walk in able to talk and able to write a loop and a join.
What to expect in Wipro or Accenture campus?
Test, technical on basics and project, HR on relocation and shifts. Names change. I prepare aptitude, one language, SQL, OOP, project. I am honest about night support. I would not paste a TCS script.
Will you work on support projects?
I prefer development. I understand freshers may start on support. I will do it professionally and I want a path to build. I would not fake I love L2. I ask how people moved from support to development.
Accenture communication round — what are they listening for?
Clear structure: answer, example, stop. Client-ready English, not accent-free fantasy. I practice the project in 90 seconds. If I miss the question I ask them to repeat.
Gap year before joining?
