What is a typical Infosys interview process for freshers?
Infosys usually starts with an online test — aptitude, logical, verbal, sometimes pseudocode. InfyTQ or HackWithInfy can shorten that path. Then technical, then HR. In technical I would expect my favorite language and why, OOP pillars, primary key versus unique key, and a simple program. They care a lot that I can explain my project clearly in English. HR is relocation, overtime, and career goals. I would not memorize 200 MCQs and skip speaking. I would practice explaining my project out loud for two minutes without notes.
How is Infosys campus different from TCS?
Similar shape: test, technical, HR. InfyTQ or HackWithInfy may be a channel. I still prepare programming, DBMS, project. I would not swap the company name in a recycled TCS script. I check this year's portal.
Low CGPA?
One line of context, then evidence: internship, project, InfyTQ. I would not blame professors. I would not say CGPA is meaningless. Short, factual, then the work.
Any technology they assign?
I prefer backend and I will still learn what the project needs. I would not laugh and say any technology with no backbone. I name a fast-learn example. Allocation flexibility is the real question.
Infosys coding bar versus Amazon?
Infosys campus is basics and project. Amazon is leetcode-style plus LPs. I would not prepare Infosys like Amazon, and I would not walk into Amazon with only Infosys basics. Different bars, no arrogance.
